* THE Tree-House is ideally situated within walking distance of the town centre and the harbour (10 min) through the Ermioni "old town". It's a really spotless house with great sea view from both sides (North & South) since it is situated at the top of the Ermioni hill (Ermioni village is a peninsula surrounded by sea). It is in a quiet area (last house of the village) very close to the forest and only 150 m. from the sea.
* IT'S a fully airconditioned property that would make sure your are cool enough when at home. It's ideal for couples or families that what to relax in a comfortable place and explore the area too.
* THERE are many sandy beaches all around area, that you have to explore and choose from. We shall provide you with all you need to know about the area, so that you will visit only the best and unspoilt.
* THE Tree House is ideally situated to explore. Ermioni is very close to many famous historical sites and islands which you can visit on daily excursions (Nafplio, Epidavros, Mycenae, Hydra island, Spetses Island and Poros islands).
* This FRESH, modern, non-smoking accommodation has a bright, spacious living room with large, comfortable sofa, armchair, TV, DVD, CD, dining table and chairs. Various games, books, magazines, CDs and DVDs. There is lots of free external parking (secure parking can also be arranged).

Beautifully presented ground floor accommodation in a 17th C Greek village house, situated in the heart of the old village of Ermioni. Ideal for families, couples or friends. Market suitability for all ages, particularly those with an interest in cultural history, island hopping, rock climbing, walking, scuba diving, or relaxing on some of the wonderful surrounding beaches.

All local amenities are within a few minutes walking distance to the town. Very central to all amenities.

Classed as an island town.....unspoilt.....undiscovered......magical. If you want to experience a stay in a beautiful Greek village house, listening to birds, feeding the strays, istening to the locals, or watch some of the craftsmen at work, then a stay at the LemonTree House in ERMIONI will be a memorable one.

The accommodation benefits from all the comforts of modern living and includes central heating, inverter air conditioning throughout, ample hot and cold water, shuttered windows with mosquito net blinds and double glazed windows. The fully equipped dining kitchen has 2 traditional Greek style bed settees which can be used for sleeping on, fitted cupboards and tiled worktop, electric cooker, small fridge with icebox, kettle and coffee maker. Double doors lead to a small private courtyard filled with flowers and has a expanding washing line. There is also an iron and ironing board.

The two shower rooms have showers, WC and wash hand basins with large mirrors.

The two twin bedrooms have 2 single, very comfortable beds in each, free standing wardrobes, chest of drawers, bed side cabinets and air conditioning.

A spacious private entrance hall is equipped with books, music, table and chairs and games.

Ermioni is really the unspoilt Greece.

A quiet place, away from the crowd, the next beach and shops are 3km away.The house has aluminium windows and doors. It has 2 bedrooms, livingroom with kitchen, WC, bathroom and a large veranda on the first level.Porto Heli has hundreds of beaches and is excellent for summer vacations. PORTO HELI is about 180 km from Athens by road (Peninsula Peloponnese / Region Argolida). It has one of the safest natural harbors of Greece and can be reached by car and regular ferry boats from Athens.The shops and restaurants of Porto Heli, Ermioni, Kranidi and the fishing village Kilada are only minutes away (car recommended).
